These terms apply when you book mobile detailing with JX Auto Lab. By booking, you agree to them. Please read this alongside our Privacy Policy.
Booking & estimates
Prices shown at booking are estimates based on the service and vehicle details you provide. The final price may be adjusted after we assess your vehicle on site — for example, for excessive soiling, pet hair, oversized vehicles, or added services. We'll confirm any change with you before we begin.
Payment
No payment is taken through the online request flow. Payment is due upon completion unless we confirm a separate deposit or invoice with you directly.
Cancellations, reschedules & no-shows
Plans change — just let us know as early as you can. You can reschedule or cancel from your booking link. If a separate deposit is required for a future full-day service, we'll confirm the terms with you before taking payment.
Access & site requirements
Because we come to you, we need a safe, legal place to park near your vehicle with enough room to work. We arrive self-contained with our own water and power. Please remove personal belongings before your appointment; we're not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
Vehicle condition & liability
We treat every vehicle with care and use professional products and methods. You confirm that your vehicle is in a condition suitable for detailing and that you've disclosed any pre-existing damage, aftermarket finishes, wraps, or sensitive areas. JX Auto Lab is not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, or wear revealed or worsened by cleaning, or for outcomes caused by prior coatings, repairs, or modifications. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Satisfaction
If something isn't right, tell us within 48 hours of your appointment and we'll make it right where we reasonably can. Results can vary with a vehicle's age, paint condition, and prior care.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect when you book applies to that booking. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
