JX Auto Lab respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it when you book a service or contact us.

What we collect

The first form step saves your name, phone, ZIP and optional email so Jordan can follow up on the request. The completed request adds vehicle, service, address, worksite access and preferred time. Those details stay in memory in your browser and are sent to JX request handling and its business operations provider, WellRun. Refreshing requires you to re-enter contact and address details.

How we use it

We use the request to review scope, worksite and timing and to contact you about service. No payment is collected in the form. A saved contact is not a completed request or a reserved appointment. We do not sell your information or enroll you in marketing through this request form.

Browser storage and measurement

Session storage keeps only an opaque request continuation, completion ledger and limited public attribution context. Names, phone numbers, emails, vehicle details, addresses and notes are not stored there. When enabled, Google Analytics receives approved public paths and limited request-step events, with no request text or contact details. Vercel traffic measurement uses only recognized public page URLs with query strings and fragments removed; custom Vercel events are disabled. Advertising pixels are held off. The analytics provider may process technical information such as IP address and browser information under its own privacy terms.

Address lookup and reviews

Address search, when configured, sends the entered address to Google Maps to find a location. Manual entry remains available for review. A Google map is shown only when its separate display key is configured. Review links open Google; no third-party review widget loads automatically.
