All online bookings are requests until we confirm them by text or call. We'll verify your vehicle, location, and timing before your appointment is locked in.
Payment
No payment is taken through the online request flow. Confirm the payment method and final amount with Jordan directly.
Access & power
We need permission to work at the location and safe space around the vehicle. Tell Jordan whether water and power are available. The setup is reviewed before scheduling.
Rescheduling & cancellations
Life happens. Just give us as much notice as you can, especially for full-day services like paint correction or ceramic coating.
Pricing & vehicle condition
Listed prices are baselines by vehicle size. Heavily soiled vehicles, exotics, or unusual conditions may require an adjusted quote, which we'll always confirm before starting.
Satisfaction
If something needs attention after service, contact Jordan promptly with the details. Results depend on the vehicle condition and agreed scope.
