Booking & confirmation
All online bookings are requests until we confirm them by text or call. We'll verify your vehicle, location, and timing before your appointment is locked in.
Payment
No payment is taken through the online request flow. Payment is collected on completion unless we confirm a separate deposit or invoice with you directly.
Access & power
We're fully self-contained, but we need safe access to your vehicle and roughly a parking-space of room to work. Please remove personal items before we arrive.
Rescheduling & cancellations
Life happens. Just give us as much notice as you can, especially for full-day services like paint correction or ceramic coating.
Pricing & vehicle condition
Listed prices are baselines by vehicle size. Heavily soiled vehicles, exotics, or unusual conditions may require an adjusted quote, which we'll always confirm before starting.
Satisfaction
If something isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll make it right. We don't consider a job done until you're happy with it.
